2. What data we process

We only process the data you provide when you contact us with an enquiry or a question:

• first and last name, or company name
• e-mail address and phone number
• the address of the building or installation site, if you provide it
• the content of your message and any other details needed to prepare a quote

3. Why we process it

• handling your enquiry, answering your question and preparing a quote — legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps
• performance of a contract if the project goes ahead
• compliance with legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax rules

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact. Documents arising from a concluded contract are kept for the period required by law, typically 10 years.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell personal data or pass it to third parties for marketing purposes. Access is limited to our providers of e-mail, web hosting and accounting services, only to the extent necessary and under a data processing agreement.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitor behaviour. Only the technical means necessary to display the pages are used.

7. Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right:

• to access your data and obtain a copy
• to have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed
• to erasure where there is no longer a reason for processing
• to restriction of processing and to data portability
• to object to processing based on legitimate interest
• to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7
